Patterson Lake Area Projects
Minto
key highlights
Researched terrain
In 2013, a $0.53 million geophysical program included an airborne electromagnetic survey, ground surveys, prospecting, and sampling on the property’s northern half. This effort identified an eight-kilometer conductive basement formation.
radioactivity
Winter 2022 drilling on the Minto property targeted an unexplored conductor, revealing a structural corridor with signs of shearing and faulting, anomalous radioactivity, and high boron levels in a significant core interval.
New approach
F3 divided the PLN Property into PLN, Minto, and Broach in July 2023, streamlining exploration efforts across these newly defined properties to maximize their potential.
Multiple High Priority Targets
Located directly north of the JR zone discovery and 28km south of the Shea Creek deposit.
PLN22-029 intersected multiple strongly graphitic basement structures within a 91m interval of core. Broken sections of core display cataclastic and mylonitic textures indicative of brittle and ductile deformation. PLN23-029 intersected weakly anomalous radioactivity of 300cps (RS-125 Handheld Scintillometer) at 783.8m. Highly anomalous boron of 1780ppm intersected in the sandstone.
Multiple interpreted EM conductors on the property remain untested.
