The same team that founded Fission Uranium in 2012 and made the Triple R discovery at Patterson Lake and also founded Fission Energy, made the J-Zone discovery at Waterbury Lake (now called the Heldeth Túé) in the eastern Athabasca Basin, and built Fission into a TSX Venture 50 Company.

Raymond Ashley is a geoscientist with more than 40 years’ experience in the exploration industry. He was a key member of the technical team, as VP Exploration, in the discovery and expansion of Fission Energy’s J Zone at Waterbury Lake in 2010 and Fission Uranium’s Triple R uranium deposit at the PLS Project in 2021. Most recently at F3 Uranium’s PLN Project, he led the team in discovering the JR Zone in November 2022, the Athabasca Basin’s newest high grade uranium discovery. Mr. Ashley has varied experience ranging from early-stage exploration to discovery and feasibility.
Raymond is a registered professional geoscientist in Saskatchewan and Alberta and received a BSc. Degree in Geophysics from McGill University, Montreal in 1985.

Dev Randhawa is a seasoned CEO with extensive experience in resources, mining exploration, and energy companies. As the former CEO of Fission Uranium Corp., Mr. Randhawa, along with his technical team, led the high-grade uranium discovery at PLS in 2012. Recently, Paladin Energy made an offer of $1.1 billion to buy Fission Uranium.
In 1996, Dev founded Strathmore Minerals Corp., leading it until 2008. Mr. Randhawa spun off Fission Energy Corp. in 2007, focusing on uranium exploration in Saskatchewan. He sold major assets to Denison Mines in 2013 for $85 million, creating Fission Uranium Corp.
Dev has executed significant joint ventures, including a $50 million partnership with Sumitomo (Japan) and $44mil with KEPCO (Korea). In 2016, Dev negotiated an $82 million investment in Fission from CGN Mining. He holds a BBA from Trinity Western College and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
Mr. Polmear has over 10 years of accounting and financial management experience, with expertise spanning multiple industries, including construction, property development, technology and junior mining. Mr. Polmear currently serves as the Controller for a number of public companies and has been instrumental in closing nearly $50 million in public financings ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing shareholder value. Mr. Polmear has a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
Sam Hartmann is an established geologist with extensive experience with Athabasca uranium deposits. His experience ranges from exploration and discovery, resource drilling and definition to geotechnical work. Sam’s previous company experience was with Fission Uranium where he was on the technical team that made the Triple R discovery in 2012 and over last decade took the project from discovery to feasibility, lastly as Chief Geologist. He has moved from F3’s technical advisory board to the position of VP Exploration of F3.
Mr. Hartmann holds a B.Sc. degree from the University of British Columbia; he is a registered Geoscientist with the Association of Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, and is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101.
Mr. Dejoia has a B.S. in Geology from the University of Wyoming and has worked for over 40 years in the uranium industry with positions as Chief Geologist, Director of Technical Services, Construction Manager and Senior Vice-President.
He has worked in every sector of the uranium industry, including mining, managing Geologic resources, Engineering, Environmental and Land projects throughout his career. He has also worked in open-pit, underground and In-Situ uranium production, exploration, mine development and nuclear remediation.
Mr. Bamber is a Global Corporate Financier, with over 25 years’ experience in the Hedge Fund Sector, Capital Markets, Private & Institutional Investments, Investor Communications & Marketing. Mr. Bamber was a core member of the multiple award-winning RAB Special Situations Fund which grew 50x in five years to approximately US$2.8 billion in assets under management (AUM). Mr. Bamber is very active in the international markets, working with several Toronto and London Listed companies, as well as pre-IPO private companies in senior management, director, and advisory roles.
Rebecca Greco is a seasoned Business Development and Investor Relations professional. She has over 20 years of experience as an executive, advisor, owner, and investor in various industries including mining and life sciences. Rebecca has developed relationships and attracted new investment for numerous clients including uranium and gold producing junior mining companies in Africa and Canada, and life sciences and technology companies in the UK.
Rebecca founded her investor relations practice, Fig House Communications, in 2007 after a successful career in the Canadian and UK financial markets. Working at a senior level, Rebecca held positions at HSBC London, BMO Nesbitt Burns, Yamana Gold and TVX Gold.
